Who knows if this will actually happen. But, an Austin developer is throwing out names they are envisioning for a 88 acre development like Trader Joe's, HEB Central Market, La Cantana.

Given the proximity of the giant HEB at 84 & Hewitt Dr, his best bet may be a second Aldi in town.
The HEB at 84 and Hewitt Dr is hardly a giant HEB, and it is on the verge of being much to small to service the area as is, let alone that there are over 1000 new homes being built within 3 miles.
This is already a conundrum for HEB as the HEB Plus in Woodway was only the second built, so it was built undersized, especially for the market the way it is now.
They're about to reap havoc on that interchange anyway at 84 and Hewitt Drive.
HEB should do this: close the Woodway store and open two stores in its place: one at the new development and one on Interstate 35 at Hewitt Drive.
That HEB would be poised to go up against the Walmart at the next exit while better serving the growing Hewitt, Lorena, and Robinson markets. There are no less than 6 subdivisions going up in that general vicinity.
It would also serve the mid-cities of Bruceville-Eddy and Troy. Yes, Troy. Even though Troy neighbors Temple, it is a good 20 minutes from the nearest HEB, so a Hewitt location on the interstate would actually be as or more convenient for those in northern Bell, western Falls, and southern McLennan counties.
