In the end, it was a solid team win. Just what we want, although it would be nice to have a larger margin.

This is the Big 12: all are tough games, especially on the road. The gauntlet began December 31 & won't end until March.

This was a really needed win with a KU team that's stinging from 2 straight losses looming on Monday night.

One thing to remember KG is not the type of player to take the night off. This guy is all Baylor and even helping Baylor recruit when these guys visit. It's been well documented that the players love this kid and they all get along great.

Any conference road win is huge. Especially this year with the conference stacked from top to bottom.

It was ugly, but it was gritty as hell.

Two of our top three scorers were no-shows today, and we still found a way to win with second-chance buckets, free throws and some really clutch 3s at the end.

Our veterans stepped up today for a big win. That's a big positive.

It's also worth noting that three of our four wins during this streak have been on the road. That's a huge deal in this conference.

I thought about that as well. Road wins are at a premium this year in the Big 12. If I'm not mistaken all three are Quad 1 wins.

Absolutely. But first weekend in March is guaranteed. I was repeating what Fran Fraschilla likes to say when calling Big 12 games, which is often.
