How did Arkansas fans have such great seats?

Nope, never.
I've got season tickets but all they have been selling lately is GA. If you know how it works in the Ferrell Center there are some areas where the GA seats are just as good and in many cases better than reserved seats. I question Baylor's thinking on not assigning all season tickets but not something I can control.

On the contrary, this game had been sold out over a month ago.

Every Saturday conference game is pretty darn full, if not sold out. Our lowest attended Saturday Big 12 game was 9,211 against the Cats - and during student holiday. Had students been there, you're nearing sellout range.

In fact, since students have returned, we have sold out our only 2 home games, and trying for a third on Saturday against Tech.

Most Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday games are another story entirely because DFW fans have a tough time getting home after midnight for an 8pm tip.

This is Rhoades responsibility, he needs to fix it.
The attitude starts with him.

If you recall, Rhoades was the one condescending our fans in football just before our worst home loss in years, 31-3.

The arrogance and condescension I have heard from Rhoades, Overshown and David are truly incredible. I would hate to be employed by the BBF right now, trying to play damage control for these guys. Their job becomes that much more difficult.

Is it that hard to get ownership of a situation that was bumbled and apologize to your core base? Apparently so. Instead, you get smartass responses and condescension.

This game was sold out solely because we played Arkansas and the DFW Hogs travel in Texas. I guarantee if we had hosted Tennessee or Alabama, both top 5 teams, it would not have sold out.

And if you're calling Kansas a sell out, I've seen pics with plenty of empty seats.

As I reminded one of them, I was here as an alumni and fan long before they could spell Baylor, and I'll be here long after they are gone. Nothing I asked for was demanding or unrealistic.

Rhoades won't be here terribly long. He didn't bother to ask what really happened to his predecessor, or he might not have taken the job. For the time being, I'll be content to spend my entertainment dollars traveling to road games to support the Bears and touring as many NBA arenas as time allows.

If he were smart(I doubt), he'd go look at the NCAA title hanging in the Ferrell Center, go meet with his coaches and make sure their expectations are met.

I paused it mid game, I'll post the photo.

But yeah, it looked pretty empty.
