But Tang wasn't a big loss…. At least that's what the experts on here tell me

God you are such an insufferable whiney B! Every loss, every sport, you just yap and yap and yap like a child. We lose 3 in a row, you go on and on about how we'll struggle to finish .500 in conference. Yes we are all frustrated the Bears are playing poorly lately, but just shut it with the selective "I told you so/know it all BS". We all know losing Tang was a big loss.

Hope we can get our legs under us and do a bit better on defense by tournament time. We're in quite a digression right now.

Last time I remember a quicksand effort like tonight at this time of year was coming off covid vs Iowa State... and that year turned out ok.

99-57. That's what the state of Kansas did to us in two 2nd halves.

There's no I told you do here. Tang was a huge loss. Forget going 0-2 against him. He's been Drew's right hand man for what 20 years? Huge part of this staff. Not whining one bit.

If our currently projected first game in the Big 12 Tourney is against TCU - with Miles back - I assume we can probably look forward to a couple of extra days of rest before March Madness.

I'm not referring to your take on Tang, my bad for picking that post to respond to.

Why did they stop playing Josh? I would certainly have him making freshman mistakes to learn from rather than Lohner getting the minutes he is getting.
i have no idea why lohner is on the court. he's just always in the wrong spot.

At worst we'll be a 4 seed..unless Yale or Princeton are our matchups as a 13 seed I'm pretty confident we'll get past first round..don't feed the animals like BUGWB
This team hasn't lost a game all year to a team outside of the top 25. Our problem isn't our floor. It's our ceiling.

We're incapable of guarding any team with competent attacking guards, which puts an enormous amount of pressure on our offense to click.

That's a tough situation to be in in a tournament setting.

I think he's in the wrong sport.

If they really are tired playing a collegiate schedule, they better not have hopes of playing professionally.

What are you talking about? NBA players sit out all the time.

They don't sit out five days a week.

His point has merit. No team playing two times a week can cry tired, particularly when every other team on your schedule (including those beating you) is on the same schedule.

Mentioned this last night, using the tired/exhausted excuse is lame. It's especially lame when we have a true 8 man rotation.

But NBA players do sit out multiple games per week. You must not follow modern NBA, it's not like the days of Michael Jordan. Not saying I like it, but it's the reality of the modern NBA.

We were road kill last night, fatigue is no excuse but it was the reality. Flagler in particular was playing on his last legs. Need to recharge before Saturday and beat some Longhorns.

frankly, your guys looked like ours playing at oklahoma, no legs. plus, coach tang has a huge advantage knowing every baylor player sans the freshmen in addition to coach drew's schemes. the crowd was electric. as good or better than ever before. perhaps putting out for chip and friends. take it as great admiration for baylor basketball and coach drew, the best.

No healthy NBA starter/rotation player plays two games a week. I don't understand why you're arguing this.

Fatigue is an excuse. And if our team really is tired, we have a conditioning problem.

Geez, you will argue almost anything, simply for the sake of arguing. Do I need to provide you a list of players who routinely sit for load management or other manufactured reasons that having nothing to do with actual injuries. This has become commonplace in the modern NBA on a nightly basis.
