I could care less what those underachievers have to say about us.

I think everyone in the conference agrees. However, cow tears are someone's funny.

What I find disturbing is how often supposed baylor fans posting on these boards sound like those sorry excuses for Texas fans. Examples:

-Some were very critical of Keyonte & 1-2 even said we were better after he was hurt. I've seen posts on these boards using similar phrases over the past few weeks.

-Much vulgarity. Too many posters here do the same. The big difference is that this site is classier & replaced them with ***'s. I'm no prude but I see no reason to use those words in everyday conversation. They diminish the level of intelligence in any discussion.

-Some of their complaints about the officials are comical. If a call doesn't favor them the it's because the Big 12 favors Baylor. What universe do they live in????? I guess every fan base complains about officiating.

Other observations:

Cheap, petty attacks on Scott Drew, one of the best in the country. They must be super jealous! I don't remember seeing any of their posts about him or thread after we won the natty. I'm sure they were entertaining.

Someone mentioned Art Briles & several called Baylor a bunch of rapists. Clearly they are ill-informed: Briles was exonerated & a program or school is not defined by 1-2 bad apples. If that were the case, Texas would deserve that label as well, plus many similar ones. Obviously, those posters are die hard Leftists who believe whatever propaganda the mainstream media spoon feeds them.

I really really disagree. They are much more intelligent and entertaining than some on here give them credit. They also are not there to tow the company line, unlike so many of our posters. The humor and comedy in their posts is refreshing..

Most of it is only funny if you want to laugh AT them, not with. But yes, they probably tend to be as intelligent as most fans posting on these forums. That's a sad state of affairs.

I think I can make a reasonable guess even assuming most of them don't live in Austin.

I cannot speak for the majority of the posters but the ones I know are absolutely UT grads. And that is a lot of them that post.

Id venture that maaaaaybe 35% are UT grads.
Strange crowd. I have sat right in the middle of the UT donor section at football and basketball games.
MOST fans in those sections are courteous, but damn, I've seen crazy stuff over 25 years.

Get outside the nice donor seats, and you basically just have a t-shirt crowd and people trying to provoke.

If you're young, can get away with it and know a good lawyer, my suggestion is to let them provoke you, physically if possible and then sucker punch a UT fan.

Full disclosure, most don't deserve it. But observe long enough and you'll find one that does.

Nah. They will feel better about losing to "deserving" opponents in the SEC. They don't like losing to schools they believe are "beneath" them. (Which is a regular occurrence in the Big XII the last decade.)
