Seth is the guy who picks upsets in the majority of games during the 1st round and then spends the next 4 weeks complaining to you at lunch that his bracket has been busted.

I agree. Big east games are very intense and underrated in my view. Better Creighton than a UConn but we saw how good Marquette was. They are used to good competition. They were our default since Iowa st and tcu were also 6s. Kentucky would have been extremely tough so not great but not terrible

We could make serious noice even with our flaws.

Would love W Virginia to make a run and clean up that side. Will be rooting for them

Already getting tired of the On the Road Again capital one ad, but at least it's better than the kid version of Barkley/Nantz et Al from last year.

Vitale has us losing to Bama in the Elite 8.

But then he has Bama beating UT in the finals.

UNC has turned down NIT invite.

Don't know how our team will play in the Tournament. But I like our draw more than any other Big XII school. Being a 2 seed (8) or a 3 seed (9) is semantics.

I see us capable of going out in round one, winning it all, and everything in between. I still think 30+ teams can win this Tournament and there are no favorites. Someone has to be #1 and it is an Alabama team that lost by 30 points to the last team in the Big XII.

I don't ever remember a healthy pre-season #1 ranked team missing the Tournament. I also don't ever remember the overall number one seed losing by 30 points to a team that didn't make the Tournament.

I predict massive Madness this year.

Who's everyone eyeing as a big Rd1 upset? Kent St over Indiana, VCU over St Mary's, and Drake over Miami catch my eye

Healthy Ucla was the favorite to me. Now with their injuries I agree. Bama probably slight favorite but so many teams could go. I like Gonzaga as a dark horse where I'm typically not as high.

Probably. And wanted to avoid the humiliation like Kentucky when they went to the NIT and lost first round to Robert Morris (the year we won the NIT).

I'm surprised & disappointed that the Big 12 only has 7 teams in. I probably shouldn't be because the records of those teams are not very good. As some people keep saying, non conference schedules matter. I'm so glad Drew always gets a good schedule for us. And we always get a few good wins like UCLA & Gonzaga.

I was thinking that the Big 12 is so strong more might get in. But it only works if the teams win more games. At least West Virginia is in.
