Tickets sold..actual butts for some of those games at least 2000 lower..but our problem isn't attendance..it's getting the people in there to know when to get up and get loud like knowledgeable fans like Lawrence and Ames.

Still a little strange imo. Seems they missed the sweet spot. This year we weren't even top 10 for most of those games and still hit that easily.

The average is skewed by games against Kansas and Texas. Last time I checked, there was no award for having the highest average attendance. And telling recruits that you sell out a certain % of home games is better for recruiting than your avg. attendance.

Does anybody know whether Baylor throws in free basketball tickets for certain levels of football season ticket holders? I think UT did (may still do) that. Kinda explains how the crowds were usually top-heavy at the Erwin Center, especially during weekeday games.
