I read that the Bears left West Virginia on Sunday and flew to Provo. No sense going back to Waco and then leaving right away.

What I haven't heard is what they've done with the extra day in Utah. They cannot practice non-stop.

Any ideas??

My backyard has a spectacular view of the mountains.

What area of Utah you in? Lots of wonderful scenery out in that area. My wife and I hike through national parks as a hobby. Zion takes the cake for me. Best views out there imo

I'm jealous. I love hiking in the Rockies....it stinks being stuck in super flat North Texas area.

We live in Lehi, on the northern edge of Utah County. Provo is the county seat.

We are midway between Provo (Utah Valley) and Salt Lake City (Salt Lake Valley). We are right next to the mountains which jut out from the north-south ranges and divide the two valleys.

In the upper right of this photo (which is looking east) is where I live. However, a TON of new homes have been built since this photo was taken 6-7 years ago. Lehi is one of THE fastest-growing areas in the whole country.



P.S. Lehi is also where they filmed "Footloose," all about the effort to stop young people from dancing. Of course, nobody at Baylor could identify with that.

The altitude takes some getting used to. The last time we skyed in Utah, my wife could not sky for two days due to altitude sickness. Teams should always go a day early.

There's a good little Mexican place next door to a bar downtown. In any other city that wouldn't narrow it down at all but it's Provo, so that should lead you right to their door.
