SMU has 3 home & home opponents in MBB (Cal/Stanford/UVA) and only 1 home & home in WBB (Pitt). Their only "marquee" home games are Duke MBB and Stanford WBB (Syracuse and Louisville MBB can no longer be called marquee).

Neither Duke nor UNC have to travel to the west coast. Duke comes to Dallas; UNC goes no further than Notre Dame.

I grew up watching UVa on Saturdays. This kinda sucks for them as they already lost Maryland years ago and now lose the home/home vs all the NC schools.

The Va Tech game is really for the Tech fans . . .

FWIW - The ACC also had a winning record against the SEC in football.
