We seem to be in a very good position vis-a-vis conference standings and getting the double buy for KC. I'm going to assume that both Houston & Iowa State will win out because it seems most likely. If Kansas manages to win in Houston, very doubtful, then UH & ISU could switch places.

Further:
1. If we win out we are guaranteed the #3 spot.
2. If ISU also loses both games (unlikely), we would be #2.
3. If we lose both & Texas wins both we would still be #4.
4. If we beat Texas bug lose in Lubbock the worst case scenario is a tie for 3rd place, probably with Tech. Even less likely is that BYU, Kansas, or both wins out resulting in a 3 or 4 way tie for 3rd place. I do not expect BYU to win in Ames or Kansas to win in Houston so they won't be a factor.
5. Obviously, any upsets involving these teams could change things significantly.

Conclusion: We control our own destiny for KC seeding. We just need to win the next two games and both are very winnable. Our guys are playing better than they have all season. Everything seems to be coming together.
