Something looks kinda fishy here:

#3 Rutgers just finished 13th the Big10, ahead of only Michigan
#4 Mizzou went 0-18 and dead last in the SEC
#12 Miami finished in 14th in the ACC, ahead of only Louisville
#16 ArizSt tied for 9th in the Pac12, ahead of only Oregon St
#17 Georgetown went 2-18 in the Big East, ahead of only DePaul
#20 Michigan finished 3-17 and dead last in the Big10
#21 GaTech finished tied for 12th in the ACC with a losing record
#25 PennSt finished with a losing record overal

Not exactly what one would expect as drawing topnotch recruits.

What's fishy? You realize they can be paid now, right?

Missouri has a big class. Their avg is more top 25 range. But still a good point. Rutgers had everyone confused as they have multiple elite guys coming. Nil can turn things

But look at the avg.. Bu is #2 overall behind only Duke. That's why this recruiting debate is trickier than it seems.

Don't see the teams leading our conference this year on the list. It's hard to actively pursue guys you think are good and will stay while top players want to come. Don't see Iowa St (they recruited well last year) or Houston.
