Iowa Aggies are tough; if BU starts like they did vs Cincy they have no chance.

And it is essentially a home game for them.

Should be said we are 3-4 at this stage under Drew and 0-3 when we advance. I wouldn't lay money on us tonight.

Yep, revenge game for ISU. They will be motivated in way that I have not seen from our team yet, maybe expect second half Houston game. We play way too lax at times. I guess if the zone is working well we can pull it off, but this will be the second time they have seen it. Obviously we can win, but a slow start will kill us and ISH will clamp down on D in a way that Cinn couldn't.

the cream has risen in this tournament. the four remaining are the best in-conference. baylor second to houston, then isu and txt. cyclone fans will pack kc. so the bears will have to overcome that which to my mind is easily ten points. hopefully, you get good officials. baylor is more talented and better coached. isu will bump&grind in the bob huggins' style that many of us loathe. good luck tonight. #emaw

If we go 8 minutes without a made field goal to start the game we are toast. We need to start fast and finish faster tonight.

It sounds like the new double-bye format and limited shootaround time may have contributed to our early shooting woes. With a game under our belt in that venue, I wouldn't expect a similar drought again.

We may start slow -- that is, after all, a calling card of this team -- but I don't think we'll start that slow.

I think we'll be more than ready

Drew is much quicker to make adjustments than he used to be.

I love the way he quickly abandoned the 3 last night in exchange for driving the lane and forcing fouls.

It took some time to take effect because Bandaogo is such a good shot-blocker. But we were eventually able to get him in foul trouble, and that made a huge difference.

Cincinnati is a really good defensive team. I was impressed both times we played them.

If Cincy had a couple of BYU's shooters they'd be tough
