Well...right now they are on pace for a total of 92 points combined....30 points below the under

This is why I'm not sold on Houston. They aren't good offensively, and if they run into a hot shooting team (ISU at 45% from 3 in 1H), or refs who call all the fouls they commit, they're very vulnerable.

Not many teams can capitalize on that, but they might run into one in the second round. I would be surprised, but not shocked.

Shead is 2 for 11 on FGs and 1 for 5 from 3. UH can't survive him being that cold. Let's see if he bounces back in second half. That guy is usually nails.

They had a great one in Hoiberg but couldn't keep him. Otzelberger has them right back at the heights he achieved after the mercurial Steve Prohm years.

It's interesting that he's been as successful as he has, though, given that he had a sub-.500 record in two years at UNLV.

I was big wrong tonight.

It's one thing to lose like Purdue did. It's another for a No. 1 seed to lose by 30 and only have 11 points in the second half.

I don't trust conference tourney winners. It means they would have to win 9-10 games in a row. Kentucky's national champion, the best team I ever saw, lost in the SEC tourney.
