I was thinking it wouldn't be till the elite 8 that we would face a top seed but correction it would be the sweet 16 with Arizona.

Gonzaga and Kansas is a fantastic game.

Zags might be pulling away

Mark Few is an incredible basketball coach. To keep their Sweet Sixteen streak alive with this team is really impressive.

I picked them to the Elite Eight because of matchups, but I really didn't think they had that kind of team. But they're playing at a really high level right now.

I'm not sure what to make of this in terms of Gonzaga's ceiling. We know this is a down year for a beat up Kansas. But this game has just been a dismantling of a perennial contender.

Kansas getting killed. Gonzaga playing like a contender.

What impresses me is doing it two games in a row. There were a lot of people, myself included, that thought McNeese State would give them a game, and they absolutely destroyed them. To follow that up with a systematic dismantling of Kansas has to give them a lot of confidence, even if Kansas is down.

If you had watched this Gonzaga team play before the Kentucky win, you would have thought they were a bubble team. Now they're on to the Sweet Sixteen and playing as well as anyone else still in this tournament (other than UConn).

I spoke too soon. This is a butt whoopin now.

This is tough to watch. 37-9 in the 2nd half.

Nah, let's not. Makes no difference for my bracket because both sweet16 picks I had there lost in round 1, but I really can't stand either team.

I am not sure what I just watched. I do not know whether Gonzaga is that good. Or Kansas is that bad.

I'd say neither. This is probably the worst team either school has had in a long while (but neither is bad), but Gonzaga is playing well atm, and Kansas both is not playing well, and is missing one of their best players. Once the zags finally started to pull away (and it was only a 1 pt game at the half), Kansas' lack of depth and inability to hit 3s just compounded exponentially. The way it unfolded really is no shock at all, even if the magnitude and perhaps the suddenness of its unfolding may have been

Not picking ISU to win that region in Omaha was just silly on your end lol. Home court at its finest. They'll lose next week in Boston

Ku was banged up and thin the entire conference season. Worst Ku team I've ever seen.

Other than the other team scoring more points how did Michigan State lose 14 games? I do not follow the Big 10 but they look impressive.
