The main point is that no one on this board knows anything, so to be disappointed in a player when you don't actually know anything is a choice.

If I didn't have great sources, I wouldn't say anything. I have extremely credible people telling me stuff. This isn't my outside opinion. In fact, a lot of stuff I have refrained from saying out of respect to my sources.

So a guy who has hardly played in a season and a half is choosing not to play because that will endear him to NBA teams? Gotcha.

Don't know why Roach was ever included in those posts. Not a great look to go somewhere after the game or whatever but dude has never missed time in his career and was coming off concussions.

That was weak of the dude to include him. Especially when the "insiders" are so soft in general when covering the program and their issues. Love, I still don't understand the situation but I get it. But different situations and should have never been paired

Agreed. It was really irresponsible to call him out that way IMO. Two weeks isn't an unreasonable amount of time to miss after your second concussion in a short period of time. I don't care what the circumstances are for or around those absences. That was pretty ****ty.

I don't know why but it started to bother me as I saw him on the court. I had no doubt he would play again and it had nothing to do with Love's situation. Soft s***.

Look I know Roach really hasn't been any good and is getting paid.. but dude got concussed twice and was basically Ko'd on the floor very recently. Don't put that guy in that drama. Weak

Hodges post referenced both love and roach. It's not like he singled out Roach. He simply questioned Roach choosing to sit after being cleared and proceeding to hit up the bars after the game. It's a bad look even if unintentional. And Drew's comment was a clear call out to at minimum Love

I get that but these dudes have had plenty they could have mentioned over the last few years about the program and nothing. A college dude shouldn't have a beer at a bar when not playing.. I get it. But that's small potatoes. I have to be realistic.

Including him was simply trying to spread frustration when he very clearly was pissed at Love. The rest was just noise.

If you want to call dude out take a breath and call him out. Don't soften it by including a guy with zero history of not playing for extended periods and has nothing to do with the heart of the issue.
