Mavs assistant coach Darrell Armstrong arrested Saturday morning for aggravated assault for beating someone with a gun and threatening to shoot them....no word on victim but rumor is it's definitely more than an acquaintance.

The 30 for 30 on this team this season is gonna be WILD.

I'm just out on the NBA altogether. I don't like the style of play enough to stay invested without a rooting interest.

If this soulless group ever sells the Mavs, I'll probably come back. Until then, I may catch a playoff game or two, but I'm done with the NBA otherwise.

I usually just check box scores. Once in a blue moon the pistons are on TV and I'll watch. But they've been so darn bad for so long it's hard for me to stay invested.

This trade will haunt and follow Dallas forever, just as the Babe Ruth trade haunted the Red Sox for most of a century.

And the fact that Luka has a game that will age exceptionally well because he doesn't rely on athleticism to succeed makes this miscalculation even worse. Luka has been playing an old man's game since he was 19. He'll age just fine -- beers, hookah and all.

Been a fan since the early 2000's been a damm rollercoaster of highs and lows. I was just hoping for 25 wins this season. Barring a complete meltdown they'll be in playoffs. Cade is a franchise player

This is an orchestrated smear campaign and it's complete BS.

I think this was clearly a decision by ownership...who had no interest in paying Luka's huge upcoming contract because they have zero interest in fielding a competitive NBA team...and so Niko dumped Luka to one of his good buddies who will take care of him once this inevitably goes up flames.
