Nice to hear that Abar Rouse is happy and doing well. Not sure why this was necessary to be the lead headline in CBB when it doesn't break any news whatsoever, though.

When I saw whitetrash's post about Dotson's release a week or so ago, I wondered how long it would take the media to drag us through that again. I guess the answer is - not long.

It is summer and there isn't much basketball news so that is why it is at the top.

I thought it was a good read. It didn't really "dredge up" the scandal. It was a legitimate article.

He was released quietly a year ago. If there was any news about it I missed it then and didn't see the kwtx article about it earlier either.

I thought this article was more about the way the scandal ruined the career of the assistant than the rest of the scandal. He never found work again (in coaching) besides a low level gig. But Bliss was able to coach at several stops again.

Actually the thing that seemed to really jump out at me from this article was he is 49 ears old and a grandfather of seven???? That seems young to be a grandfather and to have that many already.
