You will keep seeing more and more neutral site games between Top 50 teams as long as NET continues to reward neutral site wins more than it does home wins and penalizes a neutral site loss less than a home loss.
It kinda blows because I think most of us would like to see big games at home arenas in front of rabid home crowds, but that's the way it is.

I don't mind neutral site games, but we don't have ANY big non con games in Waco. They're either neutral site or on the road. What's the last big non con team to play in Waco? Xavier? I might be forgetting someone but I can't remember.

Villanova Fall 2021
Arkansas Spring 2022

All in the Ferrell Center. We also torched Stanford in 2021.

Unfortunately, the only one on that list that wasn't a part of the Big12/SEC and Big 12/Big East challenge was Arizona. And I'm pretty sure that game conflicted with a bowl game, so many didn't get to attend.

I've heard great things about Dickies Arena for games and concerts.
