LAS VEGAS, Nevada – Baylor men’s basketball (3-0) will open the Player Era Festival against the Creighton Blue Jays (3-1) on Monday, Nov. 24, at 1 p.m. CT, at Michelob Ultra Arena. The game will be televised on TruTV.

Was reading the Creighton fan site today. They're all up in arms because Dix has thrown up bricks for 4 games, shooting only 28.6% from 3. As team, Creighton has only shot 27% from 3, despite having a roster with several like Dix who are known as sharpshooters. Everyone knows really good shooters like Dix and others on Creighton who have started out slow, eventually progress to the mean. They are excited because they feel like our pack line D will give up wide open outside shots and finally in Game 5 they will come out blazing from the outside. I just hope that progression to the mean starts in Game 6!

That's a sure fire hint from Drew that Juslin's not playing any time soon. Otherwise, it would be the standard Drew update of "game time decision" like it was forever for LJ and Langston.

He's been north of 40% all 3 years at Iowa. Have to imagine he's gonna find his shot soon. Letting him start cooking would make the Creighton offense tough to stop today.

Sounding more and more like either Bodo Bodo is out for the season, or at best if he eventually sees the floor, his contributions are going to be minimal due to never being anything close to 100% and/or being continually rusty from not being able to play at this level. Hope I'm wrong, but I doubt it.

Williams has been such a welcome surprise. He can get inside on anyone, creating a double team, which then leaves someone open for him to dish out and they take an open shot.

This team is really fun to watch. And the fact that we've raised our game against both of the higher-quality teams we've played bodes well for our ability to compete in this year's Big 12.

I don't think we have a championship ceiling, but I think this will be a very competitive team with second weekend ability come March.

I'm afraid we're not going have Carr beyond this year.

His game fits so well into the modern NBA. I have to think some team will see that and take him in the mid first round.
