• Baylor has never faced South Dakota - who picked up its first NCAA Tournament win in program history with Friday's victory over Ole Miss.

• Jaden Owens tied her career high with three steals vs. Hawaii.
• Baylor tied the fifth-best mark in program history in an NCAA Tournament game with 56 boards.

NCAA NOTABLES
• Baylor was named a No. 2 seed, marking the 11th-straight year that BU is at least a two seed or higher.

• Caitlin Bickle also had a career day against Oklahoma with 21 points.
• Baylor's 91 points against the Sooners tied for fourth-most all-time in a Big 12 semifinal contest.

Coaching staff didn't have this team prepared to play and the players played one of their worst games of the year. No one area explains it.

What a disaster.

Who would have thought we would be completely out of the tourney one week after the Men got a #1 seed and Women got a #2.

are we not allowed to press in the back court??? We kinda are running out of options.
They do not know how. The great coach that everyone tells me we have hasn't taught them that.

SD went out to 11-0 start and were up 16-4 after 1Q and we never recovered.

Thank you Smith, Egbo and Lewis.

Losing Smith will be the biggest loss since Griner, really hope NC hits the portal hard

To be fair I've always struggled to see Queen as a force in the paint. She's tall and long but hasn't done well with contact. Several holes to fill in the portal. Gotta hit the pavement. And hopefully this one stings long and hard. Disappointing end to a roller coaster season.

Bad day for 2 seeds. Creighton beat Iowa

I have to say, the halftime adjustments by our WNBA coaching staff was very impressive. Really quite impressive how they completely changed their game and adjusted to this. Wow, everyone tells me what a great coach we have, and now I believe it.

Also. We need a bench. I don't care how healthy you are. After a season, especially in the Big 12, your body is worn out. Definitely not an excuse, but the season is too long to not have 9-10 bodies.

We're about to be eliminated by a team from the Horizon League. Beyond embarrassing.
That just won their second game -- ever -- in the NCAA tournament.

BU and CNC better recruit five or six 3point shooters since that's our new game. The one drop off that I see between CNC's and Kim's coaching is our current passing is absolutely horrific. THAT'S coaching. I don't see many Sweet Sixteen plus seasons in the future.

So.....when does Football season start????? I'm not used to having this much free time between Basketball and Football. I guess it will become quilting season for me.

Thought SD would hang for a half. Never anticipated they'd win. Makes you appreciate just how dominate BU had been the last decade. Also shows just how hard it is to consistently win in March especially after beating the first round cupcakes

Clearly out coached today. No sense of urgency down the stretch. I understand not panicking, but I saw very little adjustment coming out of half. Disappointed for the ladies. They didn't deserve to go out like this….

I won't bash NC at all, but her first official offseason to create her team starts now. She will have a lot to sell to these future transfers.

If she fails to bring in at least 2-3 impact transfers, we may be in for a long ride next year.

Ok, I've released the anger and embarrassment. Nothing to do about it now.

THANK YOU: NaLyssa and Queen for all that you've done in 4 years here, including a Natty. It was a complete joy watching you play over the time here.

THANK YOU: Lewis for sticking to your commitment, even after departure of the coach to whom you originally committed.

I did not lose, your brilliant coach just did. With the number one player in the country, and a great supporting cast. No excuse for this loss.

She would be a great addition. We're gonna need some scorers. Hopefully the fact Collen's coached in the WNBA and that's her ultimate goal will help sway her here instead of Tennessee.

The Baylor Family should be embarrassed by the Baylor Basketball program. We just witnessed the total collapse this weekend by both teams. Players play the game. Its up to the players to execute. This did not happen this weekend. And screw you who are criticizing both coaches.

I totally support CNC and CSD
