Wow still #10 in the Country! The experts in WBB must not read our fan boards as several folks have given up on the Lady Bears after they lost two games to very good teams both ranked in the top 10. Both games are games we could have won if the ball bounces a bit differently. The crazy thing is if we had pulled out both those games by the slimiest of margins we would likely be #2 in the Country right now.

We are a very good team we have superior talent we can roll out in our starting five...We just are not tall and we lack depth....I think we still win the Big 12 and advance in the tournament depending on our draw....the talent level has closed there is only one team that has a decided advantage every match up and that is South Carolina...every other team is beatable by BU but there is a lot of folks who can beat us as well get used to it.

CNC needs to work on her end of game/end of quarters situations and set plays but other than that she is managing her team well with the lack of depth...she has to warn them about foul trouble so it is harder to see the sell out on defense as we just lack depth if we lose a starter to foul trouble. Rebounding will be a challenge and I am sure she addresses same with them Smith is a warrior but we need to get Queen out of her funk....She is challenged though because Queen needs to be closer to the basket and that is where Smith is getting her points. So we get an undersized Bickle out front and Smith down low....Queen spends time on the bench as she is just not able to get comfortable at the four where CNC would like to use her.
