Trying to figure out how KU got within a 1/2 game of us; they have already swept WV, OkSt and TCU, split with KSt, and won their first meetings with Tech and UT (in OT). Beaten handily by OU and IowaSt, and collapsed in the last 15 seconds against us. After they go to Lubbock Saturday, they finish with IowaSt/@BU/UT/@OU, so a 10-8 finish is not out of the question.

Even Charlie Crme has stated that the rankings have been way off this year. Using Kentucky as an example. They were still in the Top 25 and he had them out of his bracket. Also, one must remember that Sec will forever get the benefit of the doubt. If every team in the conference is over ranked (minus SC), and they beat each other, they won't fall much because it's always a "quality" win. Georgia is not a Top 20 team. LSU is not a Top 10 team (I know, they are close.). UCONN is not a Top 10 team (they will be if/when Buckers returns, but geling will take time.). Rankings are always ridiculous but this year they can be thrown out the window. Purely pride points.

Shanna and I have been waiting until after she met with family, team, and staff to announce she has been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. The past month we have met with her medical team and we now have a treatment plan in place and are confident it is treatable and beatable.
