Coaching Minnesota is definitely a better job than coaching West Virginia but wow, this comes across as an extremely mercenary move. Plitzuweit has every right to maximize her income and national profile but this makes a mockery of everything she said upon taking the position at West Virginia. She is a good coach but she is clearly out for numero uno first and foremost.

Agreed. She is going to have a lot of people questioning her commitment to any program. And even with the portal, will be interesting to see how many girls follow her, and where WV goes from here.

Kansas under-achieved in the Big 12 this year. They had the potential to do better and they proved it when they thumped Arizona on their court. But for some reason when they got to conference play they shifted down to a slow methodical style of play. They could have won 3 to 4 more games easily if they'd just put some pep in their step.

I don't really know much about the Kansas program. However, given that roster the Jayhawks' Big 12 record is definitely indicative of significant underperformance.
