It is hard to figure out who #3 in the conference is. I thought WVU. Then it seemed like TCU. Then maybe it was OSU. But OU playing better right now.

I agree with you, BaylorTaxman. Oklahoma was swept in both Bedlam games this year ... and now they stampede back at WVU Coliseum.

I was curious at the beginning of the season
when the Big 12 coaches did not compile their annual pre-season ranking prediction poll.

Maybe they sensed the roller coaster ride it was going to be.

As they say, on any given day.......??

Why would she get coach of the year? She can't even win the conference?

The nominees are essentially the top 7 team's coaches, plus 3 teams that seriously overachieved. I assume that Vic Schaefer from Mississippi State will win, with his undefeated record and for beating Geno last year.

And don't forget McKenzie Calvert - who had been committed to Kim for about 3 years before pulling the de-commit and heading to the Left Coast, then transferring to Tech. Those girls both thought that they were going to elevate Tech to elite status and put a whooping on Baylor. What pipe dreams are made of...

Got to agree wholeheartedly with that question. Wasn't Texas supposed to win the conference this year? Just like they were supposed to last year? Who did Texas beat that they weren't favorites to beat? How does a 10 All-Americans team lose to TCU? How great can she be if her only real challenge for the B12 crown beats her by double-digits (for all intents and purposes - I'm not counting uncontested 3's at the end of a game where the outcome is already certain) in both outings this year? In what area did she over-achieve, or even achieve what was projected, this year?

They've probably assembled as much Hoopgurlz A-A talent in the last 4 years as anyone not named UConn. And to what end?

You can pretty well make a solid case for everyone else in that list of finalists. But Karen has no business there. Talk about your participation award...

I can't believe that the TCU game isn't on TV this Saturday.

Anyone know why or how to watch it otherwise?

Adding Aston is laughable...what coach has done less with more? Allowing a "star" player to thumb their nose at the educational opportunity given to them, give them a semester off, then welcome them back, all forgiven. Holly Warlick should be included. As much as I feel KM is deserving, will likely go to Vic Schaefer, a delayed reward for stopping UConn streak last year.

I can't believe OSU lost to Kansas. Creme tweeted that the Big 12 may only get two in the Tourney. I still think we will get four. But it will be close.

From the TCU website, I am basically getting the same information as Bone Squad, with a TCU flavor:

"The game will not be televised,
but can be seen on GoFrogs.com with a subscription to FrogVision. ...
A monthly, renewing FrogVision subscription is available for $9.95 each month."

Thanks sis. Will have to pass on this one. I have grandsons for the day anyway so I won't have any time to sit and watch the game.
I believe they will be fine without me watching.
