Maryland is a revolving door of transfers. The scary thing to me is that most the transfers aren't bench players who don't play, rather starters who have had great success and won many AA honors (Reese, Owusu, Miller, Austin, Mikesell, etc). So that is pretty telling to me...

That said... it doesn't seem to slow her down recruiting one bit.

I believe someone posted this on a transfer portal thread when it first happened. It happened in May, but yea I kind of thought that was a broad statement. Not sure if she was upset because 3 of her starters transfered or just because she felt like it needed to be said.

Probably needed to be said. Translation - everyone is transferring for a reason and it isn't always a basketball reason. And likely some recruits want to come that don't qualify. Stanford runs into the same issue every year. They just have the namesake so don't need to remind people of it.
