Caitlin is a great interview !!! No sugar coating from her - Caitlin is a natural - she defiantly has a future in coaching if she wants it - Probably gained experienced from her earlier years as an Equestrian coach/instructor.
Wonder if Nicki has a GA position open ?
I was pleasantly surprised how poised Catarina was.

Given Caitlin's personality, work ethic and knowledge of the game, I think she would make an excellent college coach in the future.

It would be great if Nicki has an open GA position and Caitlin would be interested in that!
