Hogg was not a good floor coach. She lost Tidwell the year prior and didn't have another coach who could manage the floor well. She was also getting more and more bitter and hard to work with. It's amazing they accomplished anything that year.

I'm not sure if you are referring to me or another former player, but I cannot speak to Hogg's final year as I was not on that team. I can speak to a few of the prior years, and she was less than stellar. Her coaching skills were subpar, she had zero respect from the her players, and she was just a hateful human being. Her only redemptive quality was the role she played in getting Mulkey to Baylor as her successor.

No one outside Waco and Eugene even recognize it. 60+ now and on pace for more due to the leadership of the winningest Mulkey in sports.
Has it become an NCAA Division I sport yet ?

That's a near impossible bar you set. Mulkey is a top 10 coach all time.

So I'll take his word that Lambert was a transfer in for Mulkeys first year and the other pro basically had 1 foot out the door upon Mulkeys arrival.
At 8, we had John Wayne Gacy kidnapping boys and burying them under his house.
8 is old enough to follow women's b ball.
Of course it is fair to compare anybody or anything. Both are good coaches. KM is great and I am glad we had her. I hope CNC will be great. We will see.
