Baylor All Access shows radio call for today, but getting sports talk program instead. Maybe only game call? Anyone know for sure?

Brow and Kyla were both in boots and did not play. Inez is still out for another month or two as she continues to rehab from her knee injury.

I was there and will give it a shot, although I do not have the expertise of most on here. I have not seen a box score, so doing most of this from memory.
Only 9 players available, so everyone got plenty of minutes. Scott had to sit out a good bit of the second quarter though as she picked up her 3rd foul in the second half.
Starters were KJ, Bella, Buggs, Scott and Jana. Free throw shooting was horrible early. Defense was good throughout I thought. 3 pt shooting was below average in my opinion.
KJ looked good. I think all of her scoring was inside of 10 ft, she rebounded well, ran the court great, cut to the basket well off the pick & roll and played good defense. Nelms was not nearly as effective in my opinion. We need Kyla back, and I don't know which one will start when they are both healthy between KJ and Kyla.
Bella and Buggs - nothing really new to say on them.
A few players looked winded at times. Not sure if they were dealing with something, or just getting into game shape. Bella and Nelms both went into the locker room around the end of the third quarter, but both were out on the court in the 4th.
Jana played a lot of minutes, especially with Scott in early foul trouble, and looked great. She played point when she was on the floor, and Scott did when she was not. I suspect we will have one of them on the court at all times. When one of them sits, we then have a much taller team on the floor than we have been used to in prior years.
The freshman looked the best to me of those who did not start. She looks the part, played good defense from my perspective, and hit three nice mid-range jump shots.
On the subject of mid-range jump shots, I recall seeing those from Buggs, the freshman, and Scott.
Deng looked fine, but only hit one of ther 3 pt shots.
Pemberton looked rough to me. As has been said, 4 fouls in only 14 minutes.
We scored a number of points off of turnovers.
That's what I can recall at the moment.

I predicted this summer that Marcayla would force Nicki to find her some minutes - I saw total affirmation from Marcayla in the short video - forced a 5 second call, beautiful turnaround jumper in the lane, has learned the value of penetration into the paint and if the shot or pass is not there hit the midrange jumper, she seemed to know where she was supposed to be on the court and as was pointed out by Wbbfan29 - she defiantly has a switch - all smiles and pleasantry but when she steps across the blackline onto the court she will embarrass you on offense, she will dog you on defense, pick your pocket, take your wallet, run to the concession stand for a hot dog and be back in time to pick you up at halfcourt and give you back your wallet..
