Not really. Looks like a pretty good hire.

"During his time at the collegiate level, Snedeker has produced 38 MLB draft picks, five All-Americans, five conference pitchers of the year and 29 all-conference selections. Sned is a great hire and should help turn the pitching staff around. Players love playing for him and he will also be a key piece in recruiting. He recruited my younger brother to Lamar some years ago and he was one of the reasons my brother chose Lamar over some other P5 schools. Excited to see what he does in the green and gold.
