It's too early to tell just going off previous track records of pitchers getting hurt but yes I haven't been watching BU softball for a long time. (Sarcasm)

I told y'all so!! Baylor is in ncaa tournament. Baylor is headed to Texas regional. Wagner plays Texas first. Baylor faces Wisconsin first. It is double elimination so it's not like first round loss and they are done.

Well I did ask the softball America writer on what Baylor needed to do after Texas state win he said avoid 0-6 in last 6 regular season games. I thought prior to the question that I asked I thought it might have been enough. The softball America writer basically said what I thought was needed.

Well after the Texas state win I asked the question to a softball America writer about what else Baylor needs to do he said avoid 0-6 in last 6 games then Baylor should be in. A few people thought I was crazy for saying that especially Iowa Bear. You can check the thread on people who doubted.

Even you said Baylor shouldn't get in after Texas tech win in Lubbock. Even a few in here still doubted me on saying beating Texas tech in Lubbock once is enough to make ncaa tournament.

Color me shocked

you must have me mistaken me with someone else. I did beat up on that con-artist, Little Matty. And I think everyone in the country backs me up on that.

As go Arandas, what other people described as "cerebral" I always described as clueless. Why, in the wide wide world of sports, does Baylor wind up with these guys that nobody else wants? i blame Mack for both of those . He extended both of those losers and ran off the best chickball coach Baylor will ever have.

I don't agree with every decision at softball but Baylor has a young team going in the right direction.

That means nothing considering a 28-26 Baylor made a regional.
They beat 1 good team. Texas Tech. That's it. One fluke win against Tech is the seasons highlight. I'll eat crow if they actually do something in the regional

Yet a certain person still owes me crow sandwiches……. Say it on here now and apologize for doubting me and my research especially when I asked a person from softball America on what Baylor needed to do to make ncaa tournament after beating Texas State on the road. I even post the RPI stuff. Accept the L that person was wrong about 1-5 in last 6 games not enough making ncaa tournament. There was not a lot of bid stealers in general which helped. Same goes for Missouri losing to Auburn early which made Missouri have a losing record. Then Auburn lost to Florida in the conference tournament which gave them a losing record despite the good RPI.

The person that I'm referring to should know exactly who the person is. I'm not going to say that Baylor is going to get out of regionals but it's a lot better than no ncaa tournament.

Other than winning the Regional (which ain't happening) what exactly does "do something" mean?

2 Likely Possibilities:
1. Lose to Wisconsin in game 1....then face Wagner in the '2 & Que' game that you hope they should win...then a likely rematch with Wisconsin for the prize of getting to lose to the horns. So 2-2 (L, W, W, L) or 1-2 (L, W, L)
2. Beat Wisconsin in game 1....get smoked by the horns next, then a likely rematch with Wisconsin...a probable loss because they're not beating them twice. So 1-2 (W, L, L)

Anything better than 1-2. Beating Wagner means nothing to me personally. Baylor's not winning the regional. But beating Wisconsin would be something of note imo
