Funny how we hear all about urban sprawl and the environment, can't have houses and people actually living better lives outside of the City. BUT, turning 1,000s of acres into solar farms is cool. Ever see a solar farm, everything is dead underneath, not even the Johnson Grass I can't seem to kill off in my suburban lawn.

What I find interesting in this whole boondoggle is there are no metrics, actionable data or mitigation measures to use as an agency to accomplish the moving target goal. It is all bar talk, slogans and nebulous theses. It is frustrating, on such a call as we speak.
