muddybrazos said:No, If Russia attacked a nato country we would be right to respond. Until they have done that I dont think we need to be escalating a war with a nuclear power. ALso, I dont think the people running this regime have any clue what theyre doing (see iraq, afghan, syria, yemen, libya), What comes next if Putin is overtheown? You want a nuclear power failed state? A ground war in Russia? All of those things sounds like bad options. I think this is not our fight until he bombs Poland or another Nato country and I think Putin is fairly smart unlike our president. He has already come out ahead in this deal bc all of these sanctions have meant nothing.RMF5630 said:muddybrazos said:Ya, I'm a dumb redneck bc our deep state created a color revolution in 2014 to install a nato puppet (Poraschenko) which began a civil war in the Russain regions of Ukraine. Sorry I dont want to get involved in a region that has been basically Russia since the year 1000. We dont have a very good track record of bringing "freedom" to foreign countries in the past 20 years. Ask Iraq, Libya or Syria how great their countries are since we came and left. If we were smart we wouldve made allies with Russia against China but the uniparty regime in DC is not smart. It seems to me and my dumb redneck world view that we enabled this whole war by pushing Nato right up to Putins doorstep and left him really no choice bc he cant be cut off from their Black sea ports.J.R. said:Are you that big of dumb ***** Educate your redneck self. Ukraine, Pride and BLM are not even in the same conversation . Are you really trying to conflate the 3? What is wrong with you?muddybrazos said:Good point. We have to do everything in our power to bring Pride parades and BLM to Ukraine bc they are now the 51st state.Booray said:
And 40 million more people would be under Putin's boot.
I am having a hard time adjusting to the fact that Russia is supposed to get free reign. Used to be our enemy.
There is a difference between bringing freedom to some Nation and supporting a Nation that is being invaded by supplying supplies. Ukraine is clearly fighting for its freedom and bearing the brunt of it.
Another difference is we are not the only ones providing supplies.
This isn't the CIA picking a third world nation and using US troops. If we cannot support a Ukraine in this situation who should we ever support!
Maybe you are one of those that think only an invasion of the continental US warrants military action, that is a very naive view.
Putin is smart? Lol! Yeah...no...
