None of these documents may the "top secret" in the sense the average lay person thinks about "top secret," but we should find out.

I also am curious why the librarian with TDS was so flippant in tracking these documents - did he suddenly care about this only when it was Trump? Did he know and just realized it was SOP and only called the FBI and threw a fit when it was Trump?
