Mitt comes from a long line of GOP leaders who hate their own voters and would secretly like to be aligned politically with upper class liberals…but for various ideological reasons (low taxes, pro-business) they can't make the jump over to the other party

Never forget that during the BLM summer of violence and anti-white race riots Mitt was out in the streets of DC marching with the rioters/"protestors"

Trump Leads in 5 Critical States as Voters Blast Biden, Times/Siena Poll Finds
Voters in battleground states said they trusted Donald J. Trump over President Biden on the economy, foreign policy and immigration, as Mr. Biden's multiracial base shows signs of fraying.

President Biden is trailing Donald J. Trump in five of the six most important battleground states one year before the 2024 election, suffering from enormous doubts about his age and deep dissatisfaction over his handling of the economy and a host of other issues, new polls by The New York Times and Siena College have found.
The results show Mr. Biden losing to Mr. Trump, his likeliest Republican rival, by margins of three to 10 percentage points among registered voters in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada and Pennsylvania. Mr. Biden is ahead only in Wisconsin, by two percentage points, the poll found.

Across the six battlegrounds all of which Mr. Biden carried in 2020 the president trails by an average of 48 to 44 percent.
Discontent pulsates throughout the Times/Siena poll, with a majority of voters saying Mr. Biden's policies have personally hurt them. The survey also reveals the extent to which the multiracial and multigenerational coalition that elected Mr. Biden is fraying. Demographic groups that backed Mr. Biden by landslide margins in 2020 are now far more closely contested, as two-thirds of the electorate sees the country moving in the wrong direction.

When I look to the horizon, I see the now obvious union of Hamas and the interesectional left will likely create a far larger street militia than Antifa in 2020. Throughout the 2024 election, this admin will be talking more about islamophobia than about anti-semitism, desperate to prevent an open fracture in its base. This will drive much of the Jewish vote over to the Republicans. How much is hard to guess. Depends on how violent the demonstrations get, and how explicitly they target Jews. (which they inevitably will).

Imagine how Hamas will react if we elect the grandfather of Jewish children to the WH. (which is increasingly likely, given the course of events.)

The threat to liberty is on the left.
It's always on the left.

More from NYTimes poll:

Concerns about the president's advancing age and mental acuity 62 percent also said Mr. Biden does not have the "mental sharpness" to be effective are just the start of a sweeping set of Biden weaknesses in the survey results.

That result is especially problematic for Mr. Biden because nearly twice as many voters said economic issues would determine their 2024 vote compared with social issues, such as abortion or guns. And those economic voters favored Mr. Trump by a landslide 60 percent to 32 percent.

The findings come after Mr. Biden's campaign has run millions of dollars in ads promoting his record, and as the president continues to tour the country to brag about the state of the economy. "Folks, Bidenomics is just another way of saying the American dream!" Mr. Biden declared on Wednesday on a trip to Minnesota.
Voters clearly disagree. Only 2 percent of voters said the economy was excellent.

Trump and allies plot revenge, Justice Department control in a second term

Advisers have also discussed deploying the military to quell potential unrest on Inauguration Day. Critics have called the ideas under consideration dangerous and unconstitutional.

Donald Trump and his allies have begun mapping out specific plans for using the federal government to punish critics and opponents should he win a second term, with the former president naming individuals he wants to investigate or prosecute and his associates drafting plans to potentially invoke the Insurrection Act on his first day in office to allow him to deploy the military against civil demonstrations.

In private, Trump has told advisers and friends in recent months that he wants the Justice Department to investigate onetime officials and allies who have become critical of his time in office, including his former chief of staff, John Kelly, and former attorney general William P. Barr, as well as his ex-attorney Ty Cobb and former Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Gen. Mark A. Milley, according to people who have talked to him, who, like others, spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe private conversations. Trump has also talked of prosecuting officials at the FBI and Justice Department, a person familiar with the matter said.
In public, Trump has vowed to appoint a special prosecutor to "go after" President Biden and his family. The former president has frequently made corruption accusations against them that are not supported by available evidence.

always enjoy a good seceret sources article from a left wing biased news outlet. How many times were they proven wrong during the last 8 years.

not supported by the evidence? Somebody is late to the party.. or being intentionally blind.

The loan repayment checks are starting to add up. The latest one is exactly 10% of the money Hunter received, which matches the 10% for the big guy email.

Well, Trump may be wrong about what happened in the 2020 election, he was right about so many things. Joe Biden is corrupt and used his office to enrich his family at the expense of Americans.

51 vs 48 against Biden in recent poll shows popular vote win as well as electoral win. He doesnt need more ceiling than that.. 3 percent MOE and plus 50 is a strong poll.

Agree that polls dont equal votes but looking at the messaging from Dems, they are worried

nothing. It's just neverTrumper psychological insecurity.

....talking of success...talking of being robbed....building a movement to right a wrong.... All good politics. Democrats did it relentlessly after 2000 and 2016. Highly amusing that the neverTrumpers are so outraged at such good politics.

Believe me, if Trump starts winning Primaries with real votes, I will be the first person to call it for him.
Too many negatives right now and a gut feeling we are seeing what the Dems want us to see. When the data starts coming in, I will adjust. Will you guys? Or, will it be another stolen scenario?
