Small thing, but a positive indicator. Trump has had consistent leads at or outside the margin of error in GA and NC, but the hurricane devastated the reddest parts of those states, creating a threat to GOP turnout. Poor turnout could put those states at risk for him.

Biden-Harris Admin Handed Billions To Coalition Partnering With Stacey Abrams' Org Dedicated To Turning Out Voters

"The Biden-Harris Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) doled out billions of taxpayer dollars in August to a left-wing nonprofit consortium linked to Democratic voter mobilization efforts, including a Stacey Abrams' get-out-the-vote initiative based in Georgia.

The EPA announced that Power Forward Communities (PFC) received $2 billion under the Inflation Reduction Act's (IRA) $27 billion Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF) on Aug. 16. The PFC is partnering with an array of Democratic Party-affiliated groups in addition to the two-time Georgia governor candidate Abrams' Fair Count, including the nation's largest teachers uniona major contributor to Democratic candidatesand a prominent climate activist group, according to a review of the PFC's website.

The EPA's decision to award the nonprofit consortium with a massive grant award comes as Republican lawmakers scrutinize the IRA for sending taxpayer dollars to recipients with ties to left-wing activists and the Democratic Party."

A junta doesn't seize power only to let you vote your way out later.

One of the common themes when a leftist government is elected is the speed at which they move to consolidate power so that the political opposition can never use the levers of democracy to expel them from power.

They've done this in California, in Nevada, in Alaska, in New York, and Michigan.

Alaska approved ranked choice voting. There are a number of states in which jungle primaries are on the ballot (vote against them if it is on the ballot in your state) where leftists can conceal their party affiliation.

My Mom & I, along with friends are voting Wednesday. Early voting begins Monday in Texas.

I honestly believe a large part of the federal budget consists of fraudulent kickbacks & bribes to fascists and their supporters. Thus is why Elon Musk needs to audit the entire federal govt and all the waste & fraud needs to be eliminated. While they are doing that, they need to prosecute & imprison all the crooks.

In Politics, The Atlantic will be the organ of no party or clique, but will honestly endeavor to be the exponent of what its conductors believe to be the American idea. Historically speaking, it wasnt a mouthpiece of the progressive left..

The main shift didnt start until 2004-2006 and into its modern form in 2017

Is that a direct quote from their web site's statement of goals? It sounds like a lot of propaganda and does not reflect what I've seen of their reporting and I've seen some from different time periods.

Many of the pollsters that had Harris comfortably ahead are now putting up numbers in line with where Rasmussen has been all along.
