latinos are not a unified group or unified vote

Depends on who answers the polling and if they are english or spanish speakers primarily

New Mexico's 3 electoral VJ it's probably won't matter much. Although they have a sizable Hispanic population, they also have a significant Native American population. I don't know the relative numbers but that could be a factor.
