I don't believe anything the Old Media claim unless I see primary evidence. Likely disinformation like Juicy Smalls and the Russia Hoax, etc.

He said he would look at them on a case by case basis. He also said he would make pardons early on in his term rather than waiting until the end

lol, Trumps trolling of Rob Desanctus is great. His return to twitter is going to be glorious.
Trump has financial commitments to Truth Social. He will not be returning to Twitter mainly for that reason but also because he is skeered! Trump has also said he won't debate. Basement Joe has rubbed off on ole Orange Man!!!

Twitter, Elon and Ron need to do better. Elon needs to see who was working that day. Too many glitches. Closet dem at wheel?
DeSantis is in. You are screwed. Life is good. Gonna be fun to see how all this plays out.

How am I screwed? FL will be fine. You haven't seen his Lt Gov in action, wouldn't mess with her. She follows through. It will be business as usual. If anything, would give Disney and Gov opportunity to mend fences without either losing face.
Not talking about Florida. Talking about our country. A couple of glitches on the launch are not gonna slow down the train that is coming! You should send Joe Biden some cash. **** Disney. Not sure how blue collar working people can afford to go there anymore.

He will debate. No way he lets DeSantis, Scott and Halley have spotlight.

Ego won't let him miss it. Advisors will tell him it can only hurt, don't go. Trump will see National TV audience and RDS, Scott and Haley getting the limelight. No way the Orange ego stands for that.

He will debate, others will bait him and he will melt down on National TV. He can't help it, it is who he is.

So JAG doesn't count now for military service? Funny, that guy in the back room may be the only thing keeping you out of jail. Who do you think investigates and prosecutes war crimes? Determines legality of a missions. JAG has been a branch of the us military since 1775, just after infantry and before artillery. For you only Combat Arms count guys, Finance, AG, Quartermaster have been around and serving as long as infantry...

Military service is military service, everyone serves based on their skills only *******s or people who have no options disrespect someone else's job.

A majority of independents believe Trump has been unfairly targeted for politically motivated prosecutions. A lot of them still don't like Trump, though, and would prefer to not have to vote for him. Electing someone effective, like Desantis, who has pledged to move us beyond all that drama with pardons, is going to be very appealing to everyone who wants the fighting to stop and enter an age of competence. This is going to be interesting.

I don't care what school someone went to, or how much money they have. I judge candidates by their track record in office, and if that is not available, how they say they will act and what is their policy.

It's clear to me going in, that the Left really hopes Trump will win the nomination, because they think he will be easy to beat. They thought so in 2020 and were right, and they thought so in 2016 and were wrong.

It's also clear to me that Trump has a very loyal base, and just as the Never Trumpers won't vote for him even to save the country, his base won't abandon him even to save the country. So that problem needs a solution before the GOP has its convention.

The worst thing, politically, about Trump, is that he won't shut up even when that is his best course. The problem about DeSantis, is whether he has the stamina for a long assault on him from the Left. If Ron wins the nomination, the attacks he has received from the Left up to now are nothing like what he will get once he has the nomination. Trump, for all his faults, likes getting into street fights with the Left.

Another thing Trump has, that I have not yet seen from DeSantis, is the ability to make the media pay attention to him. That Town Hall held by CNN was amazingly stupid for CNN - surely they knew what would happen, yet they obligingly played the fool and gave Trump both ratings and a PR win.

As for DeSantis, I love the job he has done as Governor, but I am frankly concerned by his comfortable relationship with the Bushes. Ron should not be getting advice from a man whose best-known image from his own campaign was asking his own rally attendees to "please clap".

Not all service is equal....so I am calling it out for what it is since you wanted to throw out all these service medals that get thrown around as participation awards.

I'll put my 10 years of Marine Corp service up against any of these paper pushing *******...You go do 2 tours in Afghanistan setting up strategic command posts, dealing with car bombs, etc. It was a check the box activity for him to garner the military vote when he ran for office. My father and uncle both served in the Army in Vietnam. My Godfather was a tunnel rat and served with my father. My Grandfather(s) on both sides served in WW2 and fought at Iwo Jima then later were one of the first soldiers to land at Hiroshima...

My best friend is retired Navy Seal...

Seems very strange that you would trash one if your own that served active duty for six years. Six years of one's life is pretty significant for anyone that serves.

So are you voting for Lieutenant Bone Spurs? Just curious.

By the way, thank you for your service.

You know the saying about opinions.

While we're voicing them, personally I don't think much of people that have to disparage others service. Just my opinion. You chose infantry/Marine, volunteer force means that was your choice. You chose it, I don't get the expectation of a chair at the head of the table that has the right to determine who "really" served.

My opinion, being in the military sure as **** doesn't qualify a person to run a government. It may even be a hinderence when people disagree. So, I don't put a lot of stock in military service for civilian leadership, especially Spec Ops or combat arms. AG, JAG or QM would be a better prep President.

I am allowed to vote as I see fit, even without a blue chord or combat action badge? Thanks

By the way, my opinion isn't about yours or anyone else's service. It is about demeaning, disparaging and/,or disrespecting others. About a star chamber determining who really served and who didn't. You have an honorable discharge, your service deserves respect.

Desantis 100%

His interviews have been pretty much flawless since he announced. Some won't agree with his policies and there is no perfect candidate but he is polished and smooth.

There is a reason Trump has been attacking him for months and spending millions doing it Ben before he announced. They know he's the best candidate with a great record in Florida.

Trump couldn't win in 2020. Granted there was some shady stuff going on in that 2020 election but now he has even more baggage so no chance he can win.

My concern is if Desantis gets under his skin and embarrasses during the debates he will run as an independent. Trump will burn it all down before he loses and who knows how long it will take for the party to recover.

I have a lot of military in my family also. Very much appreciate what y'all have done and do for us. I also have JAG and intel folks in my family and close circle of friends, and they all served for the right reasons, though never seeing combat. It's definitely not my place to compare the different roles, and you definitely have the right to do that. I'm just saying our military needs everyone, and I think it's unfair to subscribe motive. Desantis was a Harvard Law grad. He could have made hundreds of thousands right out of law school. Instead, he committed 6 years to JAG, then stayed in Reserves. No, that obviously is not risking life like you did, but I find it hard to believe he or anyone else would do that to boost a resume.

It's possible we will re-live 2016, and for a few years that turned out all right.

Hint: For all his bombast, it wasn't Trump who caused the Saint George Floyd riots or the Seattle anarchy.

Trump supporters did not burn down buildings or kill cops.

Trump actually accomplished a lot if you just look at his policies.

We do need to keep in mind, of course, that if Trump gets another term he's out for good in four years no mater what, while Ron gets us maybe eight years and a chance to start a roll a la Reagan helping Bush win.

And garbage though they are, the legal cases against Trump will go on for years, especially if Trump gets another term. The Hate and Venom Party impeached Trump for one of Biden's crimes, so there is little doubt they would spend all of Trump's second term throwing poo over and over. With a President DeSantis it would be harder to find anything that sounded believable to use against him.

The Hate and Venom Party impeached Trump for one of Biden's crimes, so there is little doubt they would spend all of Trump's second term throwing poo over and over. With a President DeSantis it would be harder to find anything that sounded believable to use against him.

I am not talking that stuff. I am taking him. He has become ineffective. He is so polarizing to the left and moderates, I do not believe he can get anything done, just because it is him. Not all his fault, he was attacked (a lot). But he responded poorly. So, I just can't see him winning and if he does being effective

Keep in mind his biggest wins was the Supreme Court. McConnell doesn't get enough credit for managing those processes. He would not get that with Shiner and not sure GOP can retake Senate after GA in 22.

Ron is s WEF stooge... Do your research....that military service was hiding in some backroom....find me someone else..
Truly pathetic to denigrate his service, especially compared to a draft dodger who denigrates war heroes and POWs.

That's my opinion, free to share, free for you to take your opinion and disagree...

If you remove Names and just list out the accomplishments...it's an easy sell for Trump. Peoples opinion cloud their judgment...

We all have a vote - so use it how you see fit.
