The statute of limitations ran out a long time ago.

The victim, Ashley Biden, never filed charges and never told the police about the crime.

Even if the crime had been reported, it is likely that the prosecutor in that county would not bring charges because of a host of reasons. One of the most likely is that he would look at the evidence and decide it wasn't strong enough to win in court. Another likely reason is that the Bidens have a history of corruption, and likely already had the local prosecutor on retainer. Another likely reason is that the victim probably wouldn't have cooperated with any prosecutor, as she was very much afraid of Biden according to her diary. A lack of physical evidence and an uncooperative victim make it impossible to prosecute.

All of these ideas have been presented to you already. How did you miss them? Are you really that stupid? Actually, you have already proven that you are that stupid.... so disregard that last question.

The reality is that Ashley Biden appears to have kept it a secret for years. She seems to have only revealed it while going through therapy. The laws at that time did not force a therapist to report such abuse, so the secret continued. Once all of this became public information, the statute of limitations had long since passed. Do you understand what that means? Probably not... so here you go... it means that the crime happened so long ago, that the criminal can no longer be charged for that crime, no matter what evidence is discovered. Joe Biden could admit to the crime, but the law would not allow him to be charged or imprisoned for it.
