This is exactly how Christianity came into prevalence, by killing pillaging and destroying entire cultures that had a different belief system..it is all man-made and if there is a God he had nothing to do with any of these man-made belief systems.

Christians were initially persecuted and slaughtered for several centuries throughout the Roman Empire.

However more Christians have been murdered in the last 120 years, than any similar amount of time.

And almost all of them were killed by atheist led governments.

Many Christians have been killed by Islamic governments or groups. It's still happening in Nigeria, Sudan, and other parts of Africa.

Not sure where you got your history books from. Christians were butchered for many centuries. They didnt come into "prevalence" by "killing, pillaging and destroying entire cultures". That happened well after, by a few greedy church officials who *******ized the religion for their own pocketbooks.

As for today, more Christians butchered than any other religion. We are the world's most persecuted religion. From the CATO Institute

Crazy because Communism and Fascism killed more than that in the 20th century.

And Communism is still killing people right now and keep billions (China) in slavery

The age of secularism, atheism, and humanistic enlightenment was the most brutal and blood soaked in human history

[Optimism in modernism and technology was quite strong at the dawn of the 20th century. That all died at the Somme, and at Verdun. Or at least it ought to have done so; Auschwitz should have finished it off for good. And if not that, then Soviet communism, Maoism, and its 100 plus million corpses. But like a zombie, it rises from the grave. Like heroin abuse, we can't seem to throw off our addiction to it.]

["Beware, oh ye tender hearts! Don't you know where tenderness leads? To the gulags! Never in the history of the world have there been so many civilized and tenderhearted souls as have lived in this century. Yet never in the history of the world have so many people been killed. More people have been killed in this century by tenderhearted well-meaning souls than by all the cruel barbarians in all other centuries put together. My brothers let me tell you where tenderness leads, to the gas chambers! ]

Strongly doubt your figures.

But in any case atheists have killed almost that number just since 1900.

Usually their own citizens.

finally you're getting it, the anti-religion atheists kills more people. The man made idea of no creator empowers "evil" men. When leaders believe that society is just meat puppets with no souls, it's easy to justify killing for power and control.

Here in the states, just look at progressives, no God, no morals, they'll do anything for power.

Christians are responsible for over half of that 200 million number. The only way Christianity or Islam exist is with war. They are all man-made not a creator. There is zero teal evidence of a personal god and mountains of evidence there is not. I was a chrotiam for many years but realized it is nothing more than Mythology just like all faiths. The simple fact that we know for a fact we had an ancient ape ancestor tells me all I need to know. Man is nothing special just a species that has developed a brain die to the millions of years of evolution. There was never a perfect man who fell from grace and with DNA studies we know there could not have been just two people that started the human genus. You have Neanderthal and one other human tree in you. I know how difficult it is to overcome the brain washing that happen to most of us in the matter of faith however if you dig deep enough and find the intellectual courage to overcome it it is well worth it. Believe what you will it is your life and your brain however It is a much better place to be on this side of k owing the real truth based on actual evidence and not mythology and old ancient stories.

Christianity existed for over 300 years without conquest, disliking war, and being very much against even allowing Christians to serve in the military at all.

The Church (West and East) insisted on pacifism much to the consternation of the Roman government and Roman civil society....Christianity had a very very different early history than did Islam.

[There are a substantial number of passages written over a period of many years that explicitly say that Christians must not and/or do not kill or join the military. Nine different Christian writers in 16 different treatises explicitly say that killing is wrong. Four writers in 5 treatises clearly argue that Christians do not and should not join the military. In addition, four writers in eight different works strongly imply that Christians should not join the military. At least eight times, five different authors apply the messianic prophecy about swords being beaten into ploughshares (Isa. 2:4) to Christ and his teaching. Ten different authors in at least 28 different places cite or allude to Jesus' teaching to love enemies, and, in at least nine of these places, they connect that teaching to some statement about Christians being peaceful, ignorant of war, opposed to attacking others, and so forth. All of this represents a considerable consensus.

Indeed, there is very little basis in the texts for describing the early Christian view as "divided and ambiguous." There are no authors who argue that killing or joining the military is permissible for Christians. On these questions, every writer who mentions the subject takes essentially the same position. Some pre-Constantinian Christian writers say more about these topics than others. Some do not discuss them at all. But to conclude from this relative silence or paucity of some surviving texts that other writers disagreed with the extant texts would be sheer speculation. The texts we have do not reflect any substantial disagreement. Every extant Christian statement on killing and war up until the time of Constantine says Christians must not kill, even in war.]

[others in the empire resented what they saw as a dereliction of duty on the Christians' part. The third-century theologian Origen had an answer to "those enemies of our faith who require us to bear arms for the commonwealth, and to slay men." Origen argued that "none fight better for the king than we do. We do not indeed fight under him, although he require it; but we fight on his behalf, forming a special armyan army of pietyby offering our prayers to God" (Origen, Against Celsus 8.73).]

If all this makes you happy and more content.......great.

But in general people of Faith lead far happier and productive lives.

Seriously......wish you the very best.

Lots of assumptions there. But the fervor you have against religion actually shows that you are not the objective person you wish to be. You can't trust your brain because you are extremely biased, even hatefully so. You're assumption is that atheists would bring peace and prosperity, when we know that has not been the case.

Its easy to argue that Christianity has been a positive force in the world, while atheism has not. Truth is this, atheists have a morality problem, atheists know this, everyone knows this. As you pointed out in your world view, humans are nothing special. Effectively we are no more than meat puppets. Without Christian influences, you atheists may very well have created death and the dystopian societies that Godlessness will always lead to.

Humans are God's greatest creation. We are created in His image. We are special but as individuals we are all flawed because of sin. God sent His only son to die for our sins. Thats how special we are to Him. He demonstrated us more love with that one act than any of us is capable of demonstrating.

Don't forget: America's elites want to do the same thing here. They are pretty much in lockstep with all the craziness of the Eurotrash elites.

Yep in lockstep because the British establishment elites and the American establishment elites that we all see, they aren't the ones calling the shots. They all just work for the same set of globalist elites. Pretty clear how the "West" is owned by the exact same globalists with the same agenda for each country, politicians and media are just their tools for managing the transfer of wealth.

It appears that the UK & much of Western Europe embody the Great Replacement goal more than the U.S. Their fascist leaders are more entrenched & more powerful.

Western Europeans are insane. Wimpy Leftist politicians combined with idiotic population trends (fewer marriages, fewer babies born, murdering babies permitted & supported, etc), & decades of mass immigration of backwards peoples without assimilating them is suicidal to their civilization. And the idiots claim moral superiority for so many evil policies & attitudes.
