Yep....it was clear that Vance had done his homework and was well prepared. Unlike Trump who can't be bothered with nerd stuff like preparing for a debate.
Vance came across polished and prepared. Walz wasn't terrible but came across as wimpy and emotional.

Vance offered a master class on resetting the gotcha question and getting your talking points across.
It was the best debate we have had in a while because I learned a lot about the candidates and their positions.

This exactly. Questions slanted to favor Walz and occasional fact checks that were not accurate.
Still did well. The guy is very sharp.
They both were better than their respective presidential nominee.

I was glad to see both candidates at least have one question involving the national debt. But neither one of them really answered it. I wish the moderators had pinned both of them down on that.

Depends on which network you watch and get news from. Fox thinks Vance. Most others likely picked the party they favor which would Dems. Personally I figured Vance did. His answers were better. Plus he likely didn't have the questions.
