Alaska will put him over the top.

Popular vote win.

Possible electoral blowout if he wins Arizona, Wisconsin, and Michigan.

But it isn't over...it is just beginning. Now comes the diffcult work of undoing everything that was done over the past 4 years...and putting safeguards into place to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Now, I will get on that bandwagon. If the votes were in the 80's, I would say it is a new dynamic. But, the votes being in the 60's in 2024???? Trump needs to order forensic accounting of 2020. That is a big difference.

He needs to let it go and move on. There's nothing you can do about it now and we desperately need to heal. Can't do that while picking the scab.

We need to be as close to "one nation" as we have been in a really long time. The world is a much different place than it was 4 years ago.

Not sure. That's critical, or else 2025 starts with an impeachment and the Dems suddenly discover the power of the purse to defund the Trump agenda.

House Republicans growing bullish as race for control of the chamber continues
From CNN's Lauren Fox
While there are still more than 20 key House races outstanding in the battle for control in the House, Republicans are growing more bullish on their chance of retaining the chamber.
"We feel very confident," one GOP campaign operative told CNN Wednesday morning, but they added that expanding the majority much beyond where it has been is looking less likely right now.
Several Republican incumbents who were once considered vulnerable are still in the fight from Don Bacon in Nebraska to John Duarte in California's central valley.

CNN Projection: Three more states vote to protect abortion rights, while effort fails in South Dakota
From CNN's Kaanita Iyer, Piper Hudspeth Blackburn and Lauren Mascarenhas
Measures to protect abortion access in Missouri, Nevada and Montana will pass, CNN projects, joining wins for abortion rights advocates in New York, Colorado, Maryland and Arizona.
Meanwhile, South Dakota's ban on abortions with an exception to save the life of the mother will remain in place after a ballot measure to expand access failed, CNN projects. A similar measure also failed in Florida.
Here's a roundup of the newly projected measures:
Missouri: A measure to enshrine the right to an abortion up to the point of viability in the state's constitution will be approved, greatly expanding access to abortion in the state, where it is currently banned with no exceptions for rape or incest.
Nevada: Voters will approve a measure establishing the right to an abortion up to the point of viability in Nevada's constitution, though voters will have to approve the measure again in 2026 to amend the constitution.
Montana: A measure to amend Montana's constitution to protect the right to make decisions about one's own pregnancy including the right to an abortion through fetal viability or when needed to protect the pregnant patient's life of health will pass.
South Dakota: Voters will reject a measure that would have guaranteed a constitutional right to an abortion, with exceptions, during the first and second trimesters of pregnancy.
What we're waiting for: Voters in Nebraska also weighed in on the issue as they faced dueling measures on the ballot. One would invalidate the state's 12-week abortion ban, which makes exceptions for sexual assault, incest and medical emergencies, while the other would uphold the restriction.

Fun to watch CNN. Still calling Jan 6th, an "Insurrection" instead of what it was, a riot. Also called it a "coordinated attack"
