Hopefully Trump will send them a message. A very LOUD message! Joe Biden probably sent a fruit basket.

Trump has sent some positive messages towards Iran, and hopefully they are willing to meet in good faith about peace deals. I would question any deal that lifts sanctions or gives them money that will go straight to terrorism.

About the assassination attempt, you zealots said anything that gets stopped early might as well be fake. I don't put much stock in this story. A lot of Iranians try to kill a lot of people. Just seems normal. Tying it to their government seems a big stretch.

They are barley tolerable associates.

I doubt Nationalist and Orthodox Russia has much in common with Persian and revolutionary Islamic Iran

(in the past they have fought 5 major wars against each other for influence in Central Asia)

Maybe there is something about DC elites and their foreign policy decisions that is driving these old enemies together vs apart?

More likely that the assassination attempt will come from the FBI and CIA and they will try and blame it on Iran to launch World War 3. America's biggest enemies are inside the beltway.
