After an hour of cardio yesterday …..today is 1.5 hours of weights then a walk along the river.
More importantly is avoiding all sugar and caffeine as both negatively affect sleep.
However genetics plays a major role; and pure bad luck can
override everything.
But something in our foods is causing our people to become incredibly obese. As a culture we have become grotesque.
Got to do something ; Kennedy is right more often than wrong

I agree on the obesity. As for RFK, I agree on a lot of his stuff. I agree on the HFC, just don't like the slippery slope. I am agree on this, but if he comes after my Diet Pepsi... I can't get behind his vax stance, we forget the diseases that are under control.
I think the obesity is the processed foods and the eating out. The more you cook, the less you weigh. I also think people just don't care anymore. Appearance, manners, work ethic, individualism, self-reliance all seem to have gone away.
