The dems clearly are not thinking clearly on this (or any other thing). If they brought in a male to work on attracting female voters it would upset females. If they brought in a Hispanic to attract black voters it would backfire. Or any other group- if they brought in someone who was the opposite of the target group it would not work.

So here they bring in an overweight woman to attract males????

It just doesn't make sense.

I refuse to believe EVERY Democrat is a moron on this issue. In fact, I think most probably understand that's not a winning strategy. They are just too scared to walk away from this intersectionality excrement.

I'm sure there are some true believers but the vast majority just have no spine. They know what a woman is, they know a bunch of fairies doesn't attract male voters, they know a fat 22 year old woman isn't someone that can bring them a winning strategy and they know good and damned well that there isn't enough fringe to be a viable party…but they just can't help themselves.

Well said. I would add that most of the everyday people that I know who are Dems also understand you can't go around cussing, spitting at, or calling people who disagree with you or support a certain view or person names and expect them to suddenly change their view or come to your side.

They get that calling people fascists, racists, other ists or blank phobes like transphobe won't win them over.

But the leaders of the dem party don't understand that. They encourage the above things and then wonder why they can't get people to switch over and support them.
