McMahon might force them to follow suit just like they followed Penn's idiotic example with men competing against women. This is what accountability looks like, if on a small scale.

Thus should also be applied to violators in high schools. The guilty parties should be made to pay restitution for the harm they caused (physical, not emotional) and in some instances authorities allowing these barbarities should face prison time. Some girls were seriously injured because of men on volleyball teams and other circumstances. Louden County, Virginia is particularly egregious: they allowed a boy to use girls bathrooms then covered up his crimes after he raped a girl. On top of that, the school board had the father of the rape victim arrested when he complained. Every member of that school board should get at least 10 years! Any Leftists that when about such justice will be fueling the much deserved schadenfreude.

Unfortunately, the fascists don't believe in justice and too many on the right are cowards so justice is unlikely.

That's all that was ever going to happen. Apologies are tantamount to an admission of guilt. So all you'll ever see is "policy was in line with guidelines though we regret any harm this may have caused".

Classic appeal to higher power. "We just did what we were told".

All of that said I still think it's a positive gesture of good faith and more than most would ever have expected.

Can't these idiots just lose the ideology for a moment and admit it is all
kinds of wrong to have a biological man compete against a real biological woman.

I don't care how many hormones or wigs or fake boobs they come up with,
some of them don't appear to do anything other than growing long hair.
They aren't women they have literally no business competing aganst women
and the people that don't understand that are idiots.

So far it has only been middle of the road guys I've seen try this. Imagine a world
class male athlete decide he wants to give it a try. Say a prime Bruce Jenner.
Then maybe just maybe some of these folks would get the message.

True. But since they are guilty and did cause real harm, they owe their victims an apology. They also must make restitution. If it costs them money and their jobs, so be it.

Most won't do it because of pride. It is the first of the Seven Deafly Sins and I think that's because it often leads to other sins.

That's as expected, you cannot give them grounds to sue. One wrong word and they could. Just as universities that don't conform are getting sued per Title 9. It lays it out.
