Why? There are still plenty of pictures, shows, movies, interviews, etc of her when she was chunky out there. All that does it make her account not have any of them.

I never thought she was that fat. Not like a Melissa McCarthy or that rebel Wilson one that were way overweight. She was more like a Megan trainor or Kelly clarkson and just a little overweight but I never cared for her or found her funny. Sort of like the others I mentioned. Well except for clarkson, liked her music and thought she was pretty.

Clarkson, post kids, was fat…like real big for her height.

All of those women you mentioned were fat. Trainor was probably the closest to "thick" of the bunch.

Honestly though…who cares. If a weight loss drug helped them lose weight (it's helped me lose 40+ lbs and 6 sizes in the last 12 months) then good for them. We are all better off with a healthy population.

The "healthy as any size" was a fantasy always utterly ridiculous.
