I am getting the impression that Democratic Party has gotten it. The people that they are pushing are closer to the old school Democrats than the AOCs. We will see. Abortion used to be my bell-weather issue, but after the last 12 years. I will give on that for an adult, each State make up its own policy.

I can only hope we get a decent choice this time. I loathe voting for Vance even more than Trump. Trump at least could be entertaining when he is not being vindictive.

I didn't take that as a call to arrest him. Especially since his "crime" is one where the performer, tv station, etc. just get a fine for violating FCC rules.

And that I think is appropriate. If certain words can't be said on tv it shouldn't matter what language they are in.

We discuss stuff in today's society that leave me really wondering.

I will say, this site has been good. It really helps see that there are a ton of different perspectives. That is why I come here, to try and figure how to incorporate all these views into some type of workable framework.

This site has a great cross-section from racists to ex-patriates to corporate to liberal to developers to CEOs... It is great to see the responses and where they come from. Working on a huge project that incorporates 65 different communities. So, this place is where I ask and see responses.

Someone that is a woman that identifies as a man but competes as a women, fits right in...

This article headline makes it seem like it's a man competing as a woman (because that's the most common trans sports headline). But a woman, who says she's a man (but isn't), competing as a woman is just…a woman competing in women's sports with extra steps.

The vast majority of trans people need love and compassion because they have a very serious mental health issue. But man do they make it difficult.

I hear you.

One of the things I have been glad to see is the Church has recognized that they can help people more if they let them take part, not shun or ostracize them. As you said, they need help and understanding.

um, lots of US olypians are very confused by this statement.. the representation by the US is very diverse, even before the addition of Crazy people as a group..
