No. There are plenty of conservatives of other faiths or no faith. There are quite a few prominent Jewish conservatives, for example. Also, some atheists are although they might be more libertarian than conservative.
I'm using the word "conservative" here the way it's used most often but I mean classical liberal.

I'll start a thread soon on the other subforum on our student - we havent picked yet. Our Italian was fantastic and like our daughter now. Our Swede wasnt as great. Looking at Spain, France, Swiss, Brazil this time. Still early.

Trump's love for tariffs is a real head scratcher. If he follows through with this, expect inflation to return with a vengeance and shortages of many products. Will be VERY painful for the middle and lower classes.
it's the hammer he will use in negotiations. He's reminding allies that he expects concessions, that the Cold War is over and we are no longer going to give sweetheart deals to empower allies.
If you want to improve your trade numbers, you have to start by making big improvements with your largest trade partners. If you don't, you'll never be able to make the math work in your favor.
You will never solve big numbers on the cost side, things are already lean. Cutting a percent here or there is not the answer. You have to do it for too many years and it curtails innovation which is the life lood of growth. It has to be on the revenue side. The big winners, Apple, Google, Musk, Bezos do not think in terms of cutting, they think in terms of expanding.
You are correct that the revenue side will be a bigger part of the solution. but very silly to suggest that there is no fat to cut in Washington DC.
