The words "deny", "defend", "depose" were found written on the shell casings left at the scene.

Looking back at the video, it doesn't appear the shooter is wearing gloves. I wonder if he wants to eventually be caught so he can "tell his story".

EDIT: The NY Post has a story indicating that the words were found on shell casings AND three unfired rounds which were left at the crime scene. That would explain why he manually racked the slide after each shot. He wasn't clearing a malfunction; he was making sure the message got sent.

definitely a disgruntled customer or somebody hired by a disgruntled customer

Yep. The photos were very clear. Once they determine who it is, they will have to connect him to the assassination, but that shouldn't be hard. This guy wasn't a pro. Just determined

The shooter may not be the pro they are looking for if the shooter is found dead.

Dirty company. I know of other lawsuits against them where they have had false research studies created added to advertising efforts to attempt to bankrupt physician groups.
