The murderer's life was spiraling out of control; and like many other people he decided to end his own life.

Converting to the Muslim faith gave him the 'justification' for his eventual craving…..go out with a bang.

Two sources on the FBI call with House and Senate members tell FOX the FBI had zero intel on Jabbar before the New Orleans attack.
